Meet Boots

Boots is a 10-month-old Lhasa Apso mix who is completely blind and deaf. This sweet little boy won the hearts of everyone he met, leaping into their laps and wagging his fluffy tail. We figured Boots would need some help finding the right home, but we knew his perfect guardian was out there and we weren't going to quit until they found each other.

Well, after just eight days in adoption at our Milwaukee Campus, we were ecstatic when Boots found his match! Sandy and Jim, his new parents, knew from the moment they saw him that their family was about to get a little bigger. Boots now spends his days running around the backyard, getting homemade treats, and snoozing in bed with Sandy's daughter, Crystal. There's nothing we love more than seeing our alumni happy and loved by their new families!

	Oliver - Adopted! 6-month-old Pointer mix Oliver is a sweet young pup who is always looking for something to do and has a passion for adventure. This gentle guy is sensitive to touch and is seeking a family with older children and a guardian who is willing to work with him. He adores plush toys and hopping after tennis balls. Could Oliver be your perfect match?
	Hannah & Annie - Adopted! 9-year-old Beagle/Cocker Spaniel mixes  With this affectionate pair, it’s two times the love! Hannah and Annie are gentle and loving Cocker Spaniel/Beagle mixes who are very closely bonded. They're hoping you can give them a home where they can share every moment with you, and each other! These two sweethearts enjoy going on walks during crisp fall days, and are more than happy to relax by your side for lots of petting afterwards! 	Cooper - Adopted! 8-year-old Labrador Retriever Meet Cooper! Looking for a good conversationalist? A dog who always sees the glass half full? You've met your match! 	French - Adopted! 1-year-old Shepherd/Collie mix Not unlike Boots, French is entirely deaf and partially blind, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying everything life has to offer! He especially loves playing with plush toys and chasing after squeaky tennis balls. Because of his limited vision, French needs a home without any children under the age of eight. He's a fast learner and will excel in training with a guardian who is patient and committed to working with him. Could you be perfect match for French?
	Midas - Adopted! 7-year-old Terrier mix Midas is a sweet pup with a heart of gold. This gentle, social fellow would enjoy accompanying you to the park, the pet store, or on a long walk. He's friendly, fun, and will be sure to keep you smiling! Stop by and meet this adorable pooch today!
	Henry - Adopted! 2.5-year-old Miniature Schnauzer mix With ears like Henry’s, and a fun personality to match, this boy is sure to steal your heart! This outgoing 2.5-year-old Miniature Schnauzer mix loves to show off his tricks, and is always ready to soak up plenty of attention. 	Captain Todd - Adopted! 1-year-old Hound mix This captain is ready to steer you on the right path... right in to meet him! Meet Captain Todd! This charming and social Hound mix is always ready to show off his new tricks, and enjoys meeting new people. Captain Todd is currently being treated for heartworm, which requires his new guardian to keep his activity limited for the next few weeks. However, once his treatment is complete, he’ll be ready to go on the next adventure with you!
	Tucker - Adopted! 9-year-old Labrador Retriever mix Ready to meet the perfect gentleman? Weighing in at 90 pounds of pure love, this sweetheart is ready to make your home his own. Tucker would be a wonderful addition to any family, and loves meeting new people! Take him on a long walk, or curl up with him by your side; you and Tucker will surely be best buds!
	Charlie - Adopted! 6-year-old Labrador Retriever mix Handsome, intelligent, mature... what else could you possibly hope for in a companion? Charlie enjoys chasing tennis balls, learning new tricks, and getting lots of belly rubs. He's been an absolute joy to work with here at the shelter and we know he'd do great in just about any home!
