Cat Found in Air Vent Up for Adoption

Grafton, Wis. - How two-year-old Ginger managed to get stuck in a dryer vent at Deb Stone’s Mequon home is still a mystery, but fortunately, her cries for help were heard and Ginger was rescued. Thankfully, Stone took the cat to the Ozaukee Humane Society, where staff waited to see if a guardian would come forward to claim their little adventurer. The stray kitty was never claimed, though, so Ginger is now up for adoption at OHS.

Staff say she is a gorgeous cat with tortoiseshell markings, beautiful green eyes and a sweet personality to match! Like all the cats at OHS, Ginger has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and goes home with a free veterinary certificate and 30 days of pet health insurance. She would love a new home for the holidays, and would prefer using the front door this time.
