October Wednesday Discounts

Every Wednesday during the month of October, all dog, kitten and puppy adoption fees will be reduced by 25%. A free tote will also be offered with the adoption of each adult cat.

$75 Adoption Fees in September for Kittens!

During the month of September, all kitten adoption fees will be discounted to $75. All kittens are still spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and go home with a certificate for a free veterinary exam and 30 days of pet health insurance. As usual, the fee for adult cats is entirely waived. A free tote will be offered with the adoption of each adult cat.

Labors of our Loves

On Saturday and Sunday, we are celebrating the Labor Day weekend with a “Labors of our Loves” promotion. We’re celebrating the animals in our lives who double as our personal trainers, dishwashers, psychiatrists and more...

Anyone who brings in a pet food item will get a discount coupon for any item in our retail store, Animal Antics. And all month long, the fee for kittens has been reduced to only $75. OHS has many puppies and kittens available right now, and all month long, the fee for kittens has been reduced to only $75. With many people off work on Monday, it’s a perfect time to adopt and spend some quality time welcoming a new companion into your life!

It's a Feline Frenzy!

Don’t miss your chance to adopt this weekend, August 28 and 29, at the Ozaukee Humane Society, where kitten adoption fees will be discounted by 20%!

Save 25% on Wednesdays

Every Wednesday during the month of August, all canine and feline adoption fees will be reduced by 25%. A free tote will also be offered with the adoption of each adult cat.

Luck of the Irish

Every puppy, dog and kitten adopter will get a chance to win discounts ranging from 25-100% off their adoption fee. In honor of Irish Fest, this promotion runs Friday, August 20 through Sunday, August 22.

Wow. The Wisconsin and Ozaukee Humane Societies placed 86 animals in new homes yesterday! Droves of adopters turned out for the ASPCA 100K Challenge Kickoff Adopt-a-thon at WHS and PetSmart in Grafton.

The Adopt-a-thon continues Monday with 50% off adoption fees until the 100th dog or cat adoption is met. The first 23 kitten, puppy, and dog adoptions Monday will receive the 50% discount.

ASPCA Kickoff Adopt-a-thon: August 1 & 2!!!

The adoption fee for all puppies, dogs, and kittens will be reduced by 50% for the first 100 adoptions at the Wisconsin and Ozaukee Humane Societies on Sunday, August 1 and Monday, August 2; the OHS animals available for adoption at PetSmart on Sunday are included in this promotion. As usual, the adoption fee for adult cats will be entirely waived.

*There will be no holds taken for animals on August 1-2.

ABOUT THE CONTEST

During the months of August, September, and October, the Wisconsin and Ozaukee Humane Societies will be competing together against 49 other animal shelters across the country in the Save More Lives – ASPCA $100K Challenge. The goal is to increase the number of lives saved by 300 or more during the three-month period, compared to the same months in 2009. WHS and OHS have set an overall goal 3,040 lives saved for the three-month challenge. $100,000 will go to the shelter that achieves the greatest increase in lives saved. $25,000 will go to the shelter that engages the largest number of members of the community who help in saving more lives.
